I had a fantastic time at this resort! The outdoor pools were super refreshing and the massage treatments left me feeling totally relaxed. Just a heads up, the breakfast spread could use a bit more variety, but overall, it was a wonderful experience! 😊

We had an amazing time at the hotel's Dressel Divers Club, where my teenagers loved snorkeling. The outdoor areas were a hit, offering tons of sports and fun activities for our family while soaking up the sun. Plus, the spacious Junior Suite provided a comfortable retreat for us all.

My wife says that the dining options could use more vegetarian choices for the kids.

Rooms decent but need updates. Pools fun, clean, excellent for kids. Loved the water park and live music performances. Some staff seemed rushed and underwhelmed. Check-in took a bit too long for my liking.

This place suits me perfectly with its wonderful beach access, friendly staff, and outdoor swimming pool. I always remember how they helped me retrieve my forgotten earphones. I'm coming back for a trip.

The Superior Room was decent but had a few issues. The bed was pretty comfy, and the AC did its job. But a couple of nights, noise from the hall woke us up. There was no turn-down service, and we felt like we missed out on some premium perks because they weren’t communicated to us at check-in.

during my previous stay in xpu ha, i enjoyed the beautiful beachfront, but this time at barcelo, the spacious superior room with ocean views truly exceeded my expectations. we had easy access to stunning pools, great for relaxing after our excursions. the dining options were diverse, especially the fantastic a la carte restaurants.

The beach offered stunning views! The pools were well-maintained, making for a relaxing atmosphere. The kids' area was fantastic, providing plenty of fun activities for my family. The Sea view from our room made mornings unforgettable, turning every sunrise into a postcard moment.

the stunning beaches and beautifully maintained grounds made my strolls a delight, while being just a short walk away from cenote snorkeling and other nearby cenotes added an extra layer of adventure to my stay.

The a la carte dinners were really good, especially the Japanese hibachi which was surprisingly amazing. The staff was friendly, one bartender even went out of his way to show us to a working ATM, can't fault that kind of service.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but you get what you kinda pay for.

The Barcelo Maya Caribe has stunning beaches and beautifully maintained grounds. The hydrotherapy spa experience was exceptional and quite relaxing. I really appreciated the vegetarian options available at the cafe, making dining enjoyable for everyone in our group.

The concierge service was not very helpful.
